Return policy

Satisfied or refunded !

According to current law, you have 14 days to make a return.

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


The return is made exclusively by post to our address and the return costs remain your responsibility, communicated by email in return for your request.

The product(s) must be returned in:

  • their original packaging
  • in perfect condition

- within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. In the event of damage to the packaging or product, ECO FIRE may refuse the return, replacement or refund because the product can no longer be considered new.

A USED PRODUCT CANNOT BE REFUNDED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU (unless you have used it and realized that it was defective)

For hygiene reasons, certain products (such as sheaths, tights, brushes, etc.) used or only opened cannot be refunded or exchanged.

We will send you an email confirming receipt of the items you returned to us, and indicating that the refund has been validated. Refunds are made using the original payment method, and may take up to 14 days to appear on your bank statement. (They usually take 7 days)


Orders that have already been shipped or taken into account unfortunately cannot be canceled.
In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
  • The provision of services fully executed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose execution has started after the express prior agreement of the consumer and express waiver of his right of withdrawal. The supply of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations on the financial market beyond the control of the professional and likely to occur during the withdrawal period.
  • The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of goods likely to deteriorate or expire quickly.
  • The supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
  • The supply of goods which, after being delivered and by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items
  • The supply of alcoholic beverages whose delivery is deferred beyond thirty days and whose value agreed at the conclusion of the contract depends on fluctuations on the market beyond the control of the professional.
  • The supply of audio or video recordings or computer software when they have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery.
  • The supply of a newspaper, periodical or magazine, except for subscription contracts for these publications.
  • Transactions concluded at a public auction.
  • The supply of digital content not provided on a material medium whose execution has begun after the express prior agreement of the consumer and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In certain situations, only partial refunds are given (if applicable):
  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape or vinyl record that has been opened
  • Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain time frame. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at


If the item was marked as a gift when you purchased it and shipped it directly, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the giver received the order to give to you later, we will send a refund to the giver and they will inquire about your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
